Jennifer Zelaya is one of College Compass' brightest and most dedicated students. A graduate of The Next Step Public Charter School and a devoted mother of two, Jennifer hopes that her participation in College Compass will help prepare her for the demands of post-secondary academics. College Compass Winter 2010 has begun!

The winter session of College Compass, our college access and success program, is up and running! Students who received their GEDs from such programs as The Next Step Public Charter School and Marshall Heights Academy have been taking math, writing, and study skills courses as well as working with a student advisor to get ready for college. Huge thanks to Catholic University and the YWCA who have partnered with BT so that students can benefit from their campus and site resources!
Capital Canvases for a Cause benefits Beyond Talent

Long & Foster on Capitol Hill hosted Beyond Talent and local artist Choke at Capital Canvases for a Cause on the evening on Oct 23, 2009. Guests enjoyed wine, hors d'oeuvres and casual conversation.
